Counseling Services and Health Services will be starting a “Meditation in the Morning” series on Tuesday, April 1, in the President’s Room of the Toner Student Center.
A brief opportunity for meditation will be offered each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of April from 8:15-8:45 a.m.
As one of several activities that produce the relaxation response, meditating for 20 to 30 minutes a day, over time, can lead to a generalized feeling of relaxation in many areas of one’s life.
